Merry Christmas

What a remarkable year 2022 was! It has been truly astounding to have seen the enthusiasm and engagement from businesses this year.

With over 25% of our Mission Possible, recruitment objective achieved we are calling on the industry to work with us to accomplish our goal of 2000 apprentices by 2025.

Steve Thompson – Vice Chair

“Our primary focus has always been focusing on recruiting young people into apprenticeships and encouraging repairers/bodyshops to engage with apprentices. Like other charities, we had to work hard to keep going during the Covid period when our fund-raising and donations reduced dramatically and, whilst there will no doubt be other challenges that we face as we progress, I feel confident that AutoRaise is now in its strongest financial position to date. The board, our Business Manager Jen Evans and our partners have made this a reality. I want to thank all of our partners, sponsors, affiliated repairers and donors for making 2022 a really positive year and wish everyone a peaceful Christmas.”

Dave Sargeant – Chair

“AutoRaise and the Team have had a genuinely positive 2022. I would like to take the opportunity to thank each and every one of our supporters who have made this year a tremendous one in terms of numbers. The charity is now in a very enviable financial position post pandemic and we look forward to more positive engagement in 2023. Merry Christmas!”

Jennifer Evans – Business Manager

“I am now approaching my third year with AutoRaise and what a ride it has been! Having finally organised and participated in my first AutoRaise Rally, met lots of people face to face, I can say hand on heart that this is by far and large the greatest industry you could work in. I have particularly enjoyed getting into classrooms to talk about careers in the vehicle repair industry which is a massive change to teaching French and Spanish in them! have been made to feel so welcome and appreciated by the wider industry and I hope to meet a lot more of you in 2023! Hope you all have a lovely, relaxing Christmas. See you next year xoxo”

The AutoRaise Team and Trustees would like to wish you all an amazing Christmas and a prosperous 2023.
