AutoYouth Alliance
AutoYouth Alliance
The AutoYouth Alliance brings together apprentices and newly qualified technicians from across the automotive repair sector, creating a space where young people can share their experiences, ideas and ambitions for the industry.
It exists for one clear reason: to make sure the next generation has a voice.
The Alliance is made up of individuals at the start of their careers, working in real workshops, learning the trade, and building their future in the industry. Through regular meet-ups, discussions and content, members contribute directly to how automotive careers are presented, developed and supported.
Their insight shapes how we engage with schools, how we support employers, and how we position automotive as a career of choice. It also gives the wider industry a clear, grounded understanding of what matters to young people entering the sector today. Alongside this, the Alliance helps showcase the reality of modern automotive repair. Members share what they do day to day, the skills they are developing, and the pride they take in their work. This helps more young people see a path into the industry that feels relevant, skilled and worth pursuing.
Partnerships
The AutoYouth Alliance is supported by leading organisations across the sector and hosted in partnership with industry businesses. It connects education, employers and young people in a way that feels practical, open and forward-looking.
This is how the industry stays connected to its future.
