Removing the barriers that can stop an apprenticeship before it starts
Sometimes the difference between an employer wanting to take on an apprentice and being able to do it comes down to a practical barrier.
Our Employer Support Fund enables AutoRaise to provide targeted support according to evidenced need – particularly for smaller businesses where the costs associated with creating an apprenticeship can be harder to absorb.
That might include tools, PPE, workwear, travel or other practical costs that could otherwise prevent an opportunity from beginning or succeeding.
